I moved from Dallas, TX to Greenville, SC in 2024 with my entire family, and we absolutely love this town.

During and after our transition, however, I soon realized that the hardest part of moving to Greenville is not packing the boxes. It’s the anxiety, stress, and extra costs associated with the unknown.

Choosing the right realtor, the right neighborhood, the right house, etc. is a daunting task. And personally, if I could do it all over again, there are many things I would do differently.

Which is why I started GVL Insider.

Along with my YouTube channel, this website is meant to provide everything you need to experience a smooth transition to Greenville and a great life once you get here.

My goal is to take the guesswork out of your relocation and to give you the resources and information I wish someone would have given me, before I loaded up the U-Haul and headed east to the great state of South Carolina.
